Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network midwifery care, though coverage varies widely by provider. I'm happy to provide an itemized receipt (superbill) you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Add-on testing such as SneakPeek and optional screenings are billed separately, as listed above. Any care that falls outside the scope of midwifery practice, such as a hospital transfer, is billed by the receiving provider rather than by Little Love Midwifery.
